Can Pere Mollà

With more than 400 years of history, Can Pere Mollà presented a unique opportunity to restore and trans­form a traditional Mallorcan property while preserving its original character.

Over a period of more than three years, the project evolved into a complete renovation of the residence, in­cluding a new interior design concept, the redesign of outdoor living spaces, a renovated pool area and a comprehensive landscape strategy.

The result is a home that respects its heritage while of­fering a calm and contemporary way of living.

Details & Craftsmanship

The project focused on preserving the architectural identity of the property while carefully introducing con­temporary materials, finishes and living spaces.

Particular attention was given to the relationship be­tween the house, its outdoor areas and the surround­ing landscape, creating a seamless connection be­tween architecture and nature.
